So everything was going perfectly: The meeting was out by 2:30, and I decided Time Warner could fuck off this month, giving me the extra 100 roses I needed. Sweet! I'll jump the northbound 405 for a quick 4 mile drive to my exit, then home, where I'll call Dakota, hop in the shower, and give myself a killer b-day present!

I hit the freeway on ramp, big smile on my face. Merge into traffic. moving pretty well for Friday afternoon. Brake lights ahead, so I hit mine. Suddenly... KA-BANG! I'm rear-ended by one of Mike Diamond's plumbing vans! F$%K!!!! Happy F'n B-day to me. WTF was he doing, putting on deoderant so he'd "smell-good" for his next job???
