While it has been years but I lived in downtown SF for a few years.  No TS massage parlors but the local street scene was pretty solid starting around midnight.  The area was by Divas in a few block radius but I think it may have closed.  They do have or had some rockin massage places if you like hot young Korean women.  Good luck.
