We do not seem to get a lot of porn stars through Atlanta.  Where did you see the advertisement?  That would probably help answer if it is fake.  But you are probably right.  Regardless of where the advertisement is it is probably not real.

There have been several ads popping up in the ATL area that are all written pretty similar with good looking girls.  The phone numbers have been different but the language in the ad and the layout is the same.  This is one of them.  Doesn't mean it is not real, just seems like a red flag to me.
