Being new to this game I'm not sure if this is deserving of a bad review, or if it is common place. I had an appointment with a pretty well known TS provider in San Diego, she said to call her at a specific location. I called for about 45 mintues and she never answered or returned my call.

Is this typical?

but does happen.  I would call back in a day or two, remind her of the schedule and she what she says.  Recall, the gals are balancing a lot on their plates - both work and personal.

Maybe she has a history of being a flake and guys who are stood up are too wishy washy to speak up and expose them.
Most likely she had another client call before you did since it's all 1st come 1st served
