Great question.

And it seems Fully functional has an alternate meaning other than "gets hard". I understand the YMMV thing but when you call a girl an hour or so before your meeting she knows if she can get HARD ,when she came last,hormones etc.

Something guys often fail to consider is "hardness" - maybe we need a TS Rockwell scale...
