I don't agree with that at all.
I think the distinction is if she lives her life as a woman. If, in her day job and family life, she lives as a man then I would consider her a CD.

I've dated GG's that had no boobs, so I strongly disagree with the notion that to be a TS you have to get implants or get lucky enough to have hormones generate them for you. Agree fully with the other poster that the manner in which they see themselves and live their lives are the defining characteristics.
