Be sure to note that it is “Jasmine” spelled with an “e”.  Okay, I’ve been intrigued by the photo below for months as I’ve been watching her travel around a bit, but substantive info is difficult to come by.  Maybe I’ve overlooked something but I’ve found no reviews on TER or SER that match definitively, there are a few references in this forum with the right spelling of the name, but they all appear to be discussing someone else.  

Surely, someone somewhere knows something…
