Saw Maury Povich on Friday.  One of his specials, IS IT A MAN OR IS IT A WOMAN?  He dose these shows all the time.  Maury needs to come clean with good old Connie Chung.  Think he's got more then just a talk-show interest with trannys.  Anyways, Ruby form LA and Christina from Minneapolis we on.  Then a bunch of girls I never seen before.  The show was ok at most, the girls he's had on past shows have been much hotter.  Rudy looked smoking hot when she first came out in her bathing-suit.  Maury went around the audience asking people, is it a HE or SHE?  All said SHE.  Then she came out the 2nd time, in some dress.  They then were saying she was a HE.  Same thing the 3rd time, they all said HE or that's a DUDE.  I thought she still looked hot though.  I wouldn't turn her down, and she still was the hottest of all the ones on stage.  Then Christina from Minneapolis, comes out.  Oh God, LOL.  I seen her pics on Eros Minnesota, and thought she looked pretty HOT.  I thought she was on of the better Ts's out there.  Once I saw her on the show my thoughts changed, real quick.  She did not look hot, attractive, or passable at all.  She came out 3 times, and each time, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON Maury asked in the audience thought she was a chick.  She honestly was the worst looking of all that were on stage, and one of the worst TS's I ever seen.  So my conclusion, I will not be seeing her, LOL.  Also it confirms that some TS girls look better in their pics then they do in person.  But on the other hand some look even better in person then they do in their pics.  Over all I was not impressed with the show.

I saw the show too and concur that Ruby just looked awesome.  She's getting a little more full figured these days which i think makes her look even more feminine.  And, that smile.

I've seen Christina in person and always considered her very hot and passable (in fact, she was the first to tell me about the show).  But, I agree, she looked terrible on the show.  Can't explain why, particularly given that the last time I saw her, it was a week after filming.  Lets remember that while pics tend to make people look better (particularly with photoshop, etc.), TV (no pun intended) often brings out the worst.  I'd still attest the real thing is somewhere in between.  

BTW, if you like the "Ruby experience", you should also like Christina.  They are both upscale, intelligent, and well dressed.

Well if Christina works for you, the more power to you.  I still stand strong on the fact that after I saw her on the Maury Povich show, I would never book an appointment with her.  I do feel sorry for her though.  She probably thought it would have been a different experience, with a different out come.  Its sad, and I'm sure she now regrets doing the Maury Povich show.  I am sure that anyone who saw the show, has the same thoughts as me, and wont be calling her anytime soon for an appointment.  Based on how she looked on the show in return it will hurt her business.

Having been with both I would agree Ruby is much prettier an passable. But I have known Christina since she was dressing up parttime and believe me she is beautiful in person. On the show she had on too much eye makeup and did not look very good. Too bad. But Ruby was rubylicious.

Thanks for articulating my point better than I did.  Ruby is incredible.  Even Christina on a good day doesn't compare (very few do, IMHO).  But, Christina looks much better in person than she did on Maury.

A still image, gives a general idea of what someone looks like.  A picture is one demesnial.  A video, film, TV show or what ever, is three demesnial, and give a much idea of that person.  Not just looks, how they more, and how they act, and so on.  It shows how they look from various angels, not just the ones that flatter them in pictures.

Actually, for the record, I think still pictures and motion picture (video, film, tv) are both TWO-demesnial.  That's why I always bump my head on the top of the TV when I try to look down Jessica Alba's tank top on Dark Angel.  The only time its 3-dimensional is when it's simulated and I hate wearing those stupid glasses, particularly if I've been drinking.  Once I forgot to take them off after the movie and ended up pouring a pitcher of beer on my girlfriend's lap instead of her glass and she was soo pissed and well you get the idea.

I also know that people look different in person.  I took a picture of my unit once and some girl said it looked small but I know its a monster...I just know, right?
