its the place to go in LA on Mondays and Fridays, and now has a third nite, on Wednesdays.

I'm actually flying into LA next month for a conference and hope to visit Peanuts on a Monday night. I have to stay at one of two hotels: (1) Marina del Rey Marriott on 4100 Admiralty Way or (2) Doubletree Hotel on Wilshire Blvd by Westwood. Since I'm not familiar with the area can anybody tell me which is closer to Peanuts? Are there taxis available by the club? I won't have access to a rental car so cab is the only way I can get around. THanks in advance.
The Doubletree would be closer. And yes, there are taxis all over the area -- on Friday nights. Maybe someone else in here can answer about their availability on Monday nights.
This Wednesday will be the first. its hosted by Raja, who is one of the really great performers. She is usually there on Monday nites, though this last Friday, she did the Julie Newmar version of Catwoman to perfection.
