Thanks. I actually searched before I posted (I've read all the nasty messages from members), but I hadn't set "exclude bad websites" to no.  Sort of counterintuitive, IMO.

Is this the same girl, though?

click Clear on the search form, then search for phone number with exclude bad websites set to NO

If you look at the link you posted, you will see that Nissa is part of the URL.  She probably has changed her name.
