What are the differences between GG’s and Post-Op TS’s?  Do Post-Ops really just have the same thing you have at home? I have heard that said a number of times from TS hobbyists and if it is true, then I guess there is no difference.  Please give your opinion from true experience (hopefully more than just one) and not just a clinical reading or hearsay if you can.

Aside from man-made vaginas being neither self-lubricating nor self-cleaning, there's no cervix for possibly bumping into. Then just how creative or skillful was the surgeon?
I may get around to doing a post-op once just for curiosity, but I really can't feature seeing a TS for any reason other than the combo of cock and tits.

Although I have nothing "at home" to compare, I have spent considerable time with 2 post-op TS friends the past couple years as well as a couple of GG over the course of a lifetime. The biggest difference I know of is that there is a lot less natural lubrication internally with the PO-TS. I also know that these 2 TS ladies are just as capable of faking orgasms, but my reasearch must continue before I can come to an absolute conclusion regarding what would seem to be undeniable differences between the nature of orgasms between two groups. I am currently seeking funds to further my tests.

Wow! I forgot about Mila. I haven't seen her in a while but I can recommend. She is extremely feminine and you can't tell the difference between her and a g.g. And that accent is a real turn on also. She had a boyfriend last time I saw her. Lucky guy!!
