If you really want to bottom, it takes work. You need to use toys to loosen yourself up a bit.  Start with smaller ones and work your way up. I have a long process that I go through when I bottom so that I'm ready. I cleanse myself thoroughly (this process can take an hour or more...) with warm water, then start with a string of beads, work up to dildos, then plugs. I work up to a very big plug and just leave it in for about an hour. I replace it with a smaller one when I leave to see the girl and I leave that one in until I get there. I visit the bathroom as soon as I get to the girl's place and take it out. It makes it so much better knowing than I'm clean and loosened up a bit. Poppers are an alkyl nitrite. They used to sell them in little bottles at flea markets, head shops, sex shops, etc.  
They've been labeled as "Rush!" and "Video Head Cleaner".  
   
You inhale it and it makes you feel like your head is about to pop, but supposedly it relaxes your anus and throat muscles, for...well, you know....butt fucking and throat fucking.
