Just go to Bambi's or Sans Souci on Revolution. You will meet them all there!  A couple other small clubs have a few as well, but they are all on the same block.

I would use a condom.  The "women" are beautiful.  I would use the Tecate Hotel for $11, just around the block.  Better to meet them at the Hotel.  They usually will request a $40 tip for the meeting.  I think it is not illegal as opposed to legal in TJ and they are supposed to have health certificates.

Although not my thing, you will come across some very attractive TS women.  As for going down on them, I would only do it protected!  Going to a hotel is acceptable, not sure which one they use, but they will direct accordingly.  I don't imagine you will get harassed as most of the "women" on that block are TS!  Have fun, be safe!
