No Q an enema beforehand enhances the experience of being topped. I've read some prior threads. I started with Fleet enemas which were better than nothing. Upgraded this week to a full hot water bottle but it took two of us to work the damn thing. (LOL). Plus my asshole burned from the process, which slightly defeated the original purpose. No offense, but you newbies really need to do a little more homework by using the search function for this forum. In some ways there is more info here than in the reviews, but especially for TS I would recommend that you cannot rely on one without the other.
