The regular vs VIP rate is justified only if they're hinting at producing nectar/juice, which is sort of fair and makes sense. Many providers have websites that specify exactly that. Since Evon Rose doesn't have a website with a list of FAQ & services provided, it's a guessing game. The fact that she has a 30 minute rate is more concerning.
