I'm all for giving anyone a second chance or even the benefit of the doubt but I won't be convinced until she has more than a dozen solid reviews.  And she owes it to the industry considering she was identified as a rip off on TER. Thats a hard category to get into.

bad reviews for sure, and not just on this board.  

so i noticed on your first link it says ripoff in red next to her name.  how does that happen.  does it accrue ratings and do it automatically?  just curios.  actually a big help, i wish i would see it more often.
