I hate to make TS Tempted's "job" more difficult, but on reflection I'm not sure it makes any sense to list the best TS providers without dividing them into categories.  TS hobbyists tend to have specific preferences.  For example, some like TS tops (and for those size seems to matter).  Others prefer TS bottoms.  Then there is the "passable" issue.  For some, it's important, for others not.  

This came home to me because I just saw a well-known NYC TS.  She's overtly feminine (plastic surgery included), and a true bottom (her cock is no bigger than a female bodybuilder's clit).  This provider is very good; her BJ skills are excellent and I'd give her at least an 8 for performance.  But I probably wont go back because for that type of experience (including the Greek) I'd rather see a GG.  When I see a TS provider I'm looking for something else.
