Did a quick google search with the phone number and it comes up with a real estate developers line.

Maybe she develops real estate in her spare time...OR maybe she's moonlighting on some local Donald...OR...

I actually believe that I have relevant input for the first time in a long time. I have visited Peanuts around 6 times and believe I recognize her photo.  I saw her there more then once and bought her a drink and talked for quite a few minutes at the bar.  She was extremely nice, very friendly and seemingly willing to leave arm in arm.  Her face just as the photo is very attractive.  However voice and mannerisms tended more masculine then my liking.  I will not guarantee that they are one and the same but would be willing to place a high wager on it.
