I have noticed as has been stated by many others, reviews are not showing up as often on this site as well as others. I know that the interest is trans escorts is exploding no pun intended. I have been wanting to see many ladies but don't pull the trigger for one reason or another usually not reviewed. I agree, reviews are down overall with genetic and trans providers on other sites and here on TER. But, I think we're just seeing another overall change in the hobby. 25 years ago use of the internet was still somewhat new but growing week by week. Prior to that time agencies who you could contact by phone only, began to advertise online with pictures of their providers and online reviews became the golden seal of approval by many clients. Agencies evolved to simple ad sites and more and more providers became independents. In the last 10 years more and more social media and personal pay sites like OnlyFans have given providers opportunities still within the sex industry but away escorting. I don't know if reviews will ever return to the frequency of 5-10 years ago. Too many girls with great looking social media and new clients that are more afraid of some kind big brother leak like with Ashley Madison, more than potentially losing several hundred dollars. I don't like it either but I believe it will continue to decline. Great topic to bring up!

I think jmaps may have a good point.  If a lady can make decent income just doing Onlyfans, and get a lot of guys to pay just for watching, she might not be so inclined to be hooking up with a random set of guys.

Personally, I don't see much value in OF, wouldn't trust them with my CC info, plenty of free porn (including lots of the OF content) on sites like ashemaletube (personal favorite, mainly because they offer hi-res downloads for my USB spank bank ... lol.)

Only fans income has dried up to the point to where it isn't really enough to live on alone for most women.

There are two reason why we get fewer reviews. 1) TER went down and people just kind of moved on without it and 2) providers turned against reviews.

When TER went down, a bunch of different sites went down. HungAngels.com was a huge TS review board that removed reviews after SESTA/FOESTA and had good info. People managed to move on and make decisions without TER.

Finally, providers turned against reviews and many delisted. They have a point, you see guys like CDL on the General Board arguing with providers and being generally gross/unpleasant, combined with the whole penthouse letters vibes of reviews and understand where they come from. If a provider has delisted or a no review policy, they will not have reviews. I hesitate to leave reviews because I don't want providers to associate me with this board as well.

I agree when TER was banned in the US many clients walked away from review sites. Major leaks like with Ashley Madison was also a big game changer. However, the thought that OnlyFans is somehow drying up isn't very applicable at all. Overall OF has generated about 3/4 billion more each year since 2021. Yes 3/4 billion as in 750 million. Trans porn although a niche porn is among the most popular types of porn. The same with trans OF pages making more than the average genetic girl OF page. It's not just OnlyFans, JustForFans, Fansly, LoyalFans and others are seeing a huge increase in creators. ManyVids has also been growing by leaps and bounds and trans clips are among the most popular there as well. Personal pay sites may be drying up or losing popularity with the marginal milfs, girl next door or cutie collage girl  types but it's growing steadily fro trans.  

I get my info from actual providers. Only fans is getting flooded and the same dynamic is happening with trans providers/performers. It helps to be niche but there are way more trans women doing adult work then there was 5 years ago. There are more trans providers and options for finding them now than the past. Its just there are fewer reviewers and providers that want reviews.

Agreed, there's a big increase in trans porn, trans OF pages and more trans escorts. There are also more strip clubs that have trans dancers or nights or are exclusively trans strip clubs different than the old drag type clubs. I don't believe onlyfans and other personal adult pay sites have peaked in growth yet based on the metrics, some categories may have slowed in growth but not close to decreasing yet. The metrics support the notion that the oldest profession in the world isn't decreasing, it's still growing with the population.  

The difference with reviews being down seems to be more a change in how people see the risk vs reward. Meaning, they'd rather risk losing several hundred dollars than being caught for prostitution and worse their wives and families find out they're engaging in it because they used a site like Ashley Madison who "accidentally" shared their personal info. Or they're don't mind getting caught for prostitution but don't want it known that they seek trans escorts?  

I also find more providers these days don't care if your going to review them or not. For a while it was a way to get them to take you a bit more seriously, perhaps give better service. It often means nothing to most providers, review me or not, good or bad it doesn't affect me, I don't care. Today many providers change their name, number and location several times through their time escorting with all the avenues online today it's easy for them to do.    

I believe these are the 3 main reasons reviews are down overall; 1) more ways to make money in the adult/sex industry but not exactly escorting; personal pay sites, video chat, selling pics and clips etc. 2) Potential clients more worried about their personal info being shared or stolen. 3) The anonymity the internet brings to the table for people to change their name, number, location and so on today vs 15-20+ years ago.
