Check out my friend TS Heather who is visiting NYC right now. She is also based in Chicago.

You can find them on TER and EROS.  For TER, go to reviews and do an open search (all), but select "post op".

On EROS, look through the TS ads, as it will general say "post op" under the picture of the girl on the left side.
