A search for white TS providers in San Francisco with an overall average between 8 and 10 brought up a scant TWO ladies: TS April Milano and TS Kyla Snow.  

You said it, it sure is diverse and a great city.  You might want to look in Kansas for the white TS.  That city is full of different ethnic backgrounds or another way of just saying there are not too many white crackers there, actually quite the minority might I add and somewhat refreshing.  You should think about adjusting your preferences on skin color and hit up a hot latina who just got off the bus from Mexico or an amazingly hot ladyboy/Asian TS who will take breath away because she is so dam hot.

I can't help with white transvestites but I believe SF has the finest group of Asian tops in the United States.  Led by Kimtop, the heaviest shooter on the west coast, followed by Sabrina, Asian Princess, Susan, Happy, Diamond, Joyce, Shy Lin, Toni and the legendary Trina Salina.  If these girls lived in LA I would have to declare bankruptcy.  However, at least I wouldn't be hungry.
