IMO, there's no "should not miss" in Boston these days, but it really depends on what you are into.
If you want a good, attractive/passable, hung top, you're SOL unless one happens to be visiting. Lavinia used to be, but she's often traveling elsewhere and her services have seriously declined. Larizza hasn't been around in years and neither has Bianca.
