So when preparing oneself I have a couple questions:

How long in advance would I need to have an enema?  

How quick do enemas take to do to be fully cleansed?

Enemas usually take several minutes, and to be fully cleansed is a manner of speaking.  I'd recommend practicing at home to understand the process and to know how your body will feel.

As for when to perform an enema, I'd say that's relative to each person.  It also depends upon your unique digestive system, what you've had to eat that day, etc.

Personally, I'd do an enema within an hour or two of going to see her, and I'd consider an enema that's made to help lubricate your system.

Believe it or not, there are dozens of cocktails for enemas, not just what you can buy at a retail store.  Do a search online for enemas, and you'll find entire websites devoted to it.

In fact, you can even get drunk from an enema.  But, don't ask me how I know that!

From a provider's perspective - how consistently are clients doing this?

I'll do it if its expected of me, preferred of me and will make the provider even more turned on.

Just curious if by not performing an enema, one becomes the ostracized client.
