i appreciate TER's attempt to upgrade and improve.but they are clearly a work in progress.
i still much prefer to use the classicTER when

unless i'm missing something, i don't like that i can't go use the "VIEW ALL" function of the thread messages.

...this version is way off the mark...not very user friendly or even inviting...also under the provider profile section, when they went to update not only did they fail to carry over the prior details, but they filled out incorrect information(at least on mine they did)...I am circumcised, I can ejaculate(nectar of a vegetarian anyone?), I am fully functional and the list goes on...white knights of this board who have written reviews please look at your reviewed providers and make sure their profiles are correct and report it if is not...dfk, Rachel

Let's be honest, the new format sucks and ought to be junked ASAP. My guess is some "IT Dude" with waaay too much time on his hands fell into the "new is always better" trap and basically fucked up a good thing.  Also, let me say that I suspect that many of us hobbyists are hard-workin' folks who do so, in no small part, to afford this hobby.  As a result, spending time "learning" the new board is wasted upon us............

The changed functionality of the update is a failure.  If there is a way to switch to classicTER, please advise.

As for the new look, there are many of us that completely agree.  On the mod board, I stuck out my lower lip (as did others) but to no avail--this new format was being forced on us by the TER gods.

I suggest sending messages to TER telling you what you don't like and making suggestions.  Please avoid cursing, as that is counterproductive.  If you have to, just use the *%@!@!  LOL.

Here are a few issues:

1.  Font is TINY!  Hurts my eyes, makes it very, very difficult to read.  We're not all spring chickens.
2.  Need to see all the posts in the thread ON THE MAIN PAGE--that was the easiest way to find updated posts.

The classic TER was the best TER--hey, techy's, you wanna do something cool?  Spend your time working on the server side of the classic TER instead of inventing new ways to annoy us.

O.k., I probably over-stepped my boundaries as a mod, but I just couldn't keep quiet any longer.  Alas, the new format is here to stay, I suspect, and we are saddled with something many of us don't like.  So, let's just try to make the best of it.  Maybe, with enough e-mails and messages from users, the TER gods might listen.

On the other hand, being in such a diverse population, I'm sure there are those who really like the new format.  It's full of eye-candy with pretty buttons and links, so to the casual user, they may like it a lot.

so true tsCAT...I have even noticed that the traffic on here came come to a near standstill...there are so few new posts or even replies

..also i have long informed the TER leaders that post topic threads should be able to be " bumped up" if posters would like to continue to post on a particular thread as opposed to that topic being 5-13 pages back and beng lost and forgotten about, even if the subject is quite interesting.

this is the only website forum board that proves totally incapable of such functions.

Have to chime in here.... this format is absolutely terrible! Not user friendly in least. The person who designed this has absolutely no concept of Human User Interface design principals.

I have been very vocal on the TER Mod board.  The feedback is pretty much the same everywhere.  I told them to refresh it back to classic.

The worst thing is trying to look up reviews on escorts. One used to have a choice within a city by date or alphabetical. Now it is just by date. If you want to find reviews on a particlar escort, you must scroll through everything until happen upon her. Thank goodness we can still use the old version.

Well here is my first post with the new TER. With the old TER, you could leave the subject box blank and you could post a reply. Now I guess you have to type one in, for every one. That's progress? I agree, I dislike the new look here. Having to type in a subject for every post is stupid. Agree also with if it ain't broke don't fix it school of thought. Not as bad as the Eros redo a while back, but still not too great, imo.

Well, at least it got us a great new picture of Rachel to look at I had not seen before.

But whether we like the new looks or not, if the redo has lost, changed, altered, or otherwise hosed the details of reviews or provider profiles we are members here for, then that would be a bad thing. Those dates are costly to research, a pain to see through to posting, and what I rely on to make informed decisions regarding this hobby.

WHERE is the way back to the classic site---you say on first page---sometimes I can not even get to a CURRENT first page---always opens 5 to 6 days in the fricking PAST!!
Do me a fav and PM me and look at TSgirls visiting NC and see if you see anyone that is really as their pic shows them, and provides a GFE TS style. Where in the world are reviews?  Course, once I send this message the dam page will go off into space and I may not be able to find it again( I am so pissed at the idiots that have ruined a good site!

Thanks Dog, I tried your link and lo and behold, there's the old version. You are the best!!! But I have a funny feeling TER will drop this version in a few weeks and we'll be stuck with the new one, and that just blows......

You got that right, they think nothing except the money they make off of all of us. Rachel, your reputation of being  best there is(imho)will overcome the wrong info, and I for one will always stick up for you.

I have twice done "Report Problems" as well as a white knight has and ours come back "unapproved"...sad that they would want to negatively affect a provider's business by having the incorrect information listed...all the things they say I am or not will cost me potential new clients...their unapproved's are just another way to say F.U.

Bumping up the font by 20% -- and changing the color from gray to off-black leaning blue-green -- is a no-brainer.

The gateway page to the discussion boards should have navigation to the individual boards (drop-down, right-column list, whatever) directly below the page div (your code geeks will understand the div reference).

That's just for starters. there are some things about the new design that are better -- pages seem to load faster.
