She was a very nice person, young, and just trying to get her life together like many, ts or non ts.  Its ashame. At least they know who they want to arrest so I hope its just a matter of time.

I am watching the news and they had live coverage and then it buzzed out due to reception problems so moved to the next story.  They showed an apt complex in East Hollywood and said a TS girl was murdered. Its full of TS girls and a very very bad area.  Mariposa is the street.....I think I know the girl but the pics they showed flashed up so fast I could not tell.  More to come as I get the info.

That really sucks. She was a nice person trying to make it and very very young.  Her name is Paulina.  I called someone who lives in the area and they said its her.  I tried to find pics of her but think they are gone. She was posting on the backpage about a month ago, wearing black lingerie.....

...it happened in broad daylight (OK area- but sketchy).
These senseless murders never make the national news- it's hard to tell what's happening everywhere.
There used to be TG Memorial website. Can't seem to find it, but maybe I'm a little tired.

why...why..why...?

This is really making me sad and angry.

3 very important rules in escorting business as a tgirl provider:
1.safety
2. safety
3. safety

When we have do not feel 100% comfortable after talking to a prospective client on the phone, it's better NOT to see him at all.

In other words, don't be greedy...safety should come first, and second, and third.

My condelesence and thanks for letting us know TsCat99

that is horrible...only 22 yrs old, very young.
Poor girl papi..

Very very sad story.  I have been thinking about this since I heard the news on tv.  She was a very nice person, genuine, young, and just trying to make it and this happened.   I hope they catch this asshole and put him away forever. I wonder if her family knows? I think she is up here by herself from Mexico. I could be wrong there but think that is what she said.

It's heart-wrenching, Dog.  I have no words to describe the pain of all this.  A horrifying reality that had better serve to remind people of the dangers we all face and to treasure the lives of those around us.

Just checked in and read of this tonight.

Didn't know her, but so sad to hear of yet another murder.  Haven't heard of any arrests.  I hope the PD doesn't sweep it under the rug.  Though the guy has probably fled back to Mexico.

To answer someone's question above.  There are several web sites devoted to the "Transgender Day of Remembrance" which is November 20th every year.

Below is a link.

Hugs,
TS Jamie :-)

Thanks for the link, Jamie!

In a way (with no disrespect intended to anyone), the Transgender Day of Remembrance reminds me of a war memorial, with all of those names listed who died for freedom.
