There were a bunch following this pattern in Boston a month or so ago. They hit both Eros and BP and used the same MO (famous Euro star, clean phone, and a website complete with videos). Don't know if anyone fell for it (or, in the slim chance it's real, if anyone got super lucky!), so I can't say that it's 100% fake (even though I truly believe it to be).

i've never seen a south american provider actually have a real ad in nyc.  I know in brazil it is very difficult to even get a visa to come to the USA
