IMO, since hooking up with a t-girl is not a scientic gig, there can be no 100% accurate answer.  It is every ones subjective opinion and there is no 100% concrete factual answer. Keeping this in mind, I will answer the question.

Most people who are not into the t-girl scene think there is a certain gayness in any man who desires to hook up with a chick with a dick for the simple reason that most people who are not into the t-girl scene think t-girls are not chicks with dicks, but men with tits.
