hello all,

my question is simple. when asking the provider if they are clean, can you believe them? i had an uncover bj and she came in my mouth. after the deed was done, i asked her if she was clean and she said she was since she gets tested every 3 months. i know im getting paranoid, but can i believe her? thoughts anyone?

CIM is low risk for HIV transmission. If you did not have any sore or cuts in your mouth you should do OK

hon...be serious...there is no such thing as "safe" sex only safer sex...best to be comfortable with your desires and boudaries PRIOR to the act...silly to think it's ok to "shoot now and ask questions later"...LOL...provider or the girl next door can have a unfortunate gift for you(and any other person your sleep with after the act)...be careful out there...DFK, Rachel

TSS and Rachel both made good comments.

As for Luca's question - you are most likely safe honey, especially if you didn't swallow.  Did you? Baaad boy...

But think about it if she got tested 3 months ago and has had somewhere between say 60 and 500+ partners since... well do the math.

I feel a professional should consider it part of her "job" to ensure the safety of her partners.

Some t-girls however are dealing with depression or drugs and simply may not care about their health, or yours.

I've noticed a lot of posts lately about t-girls topping bareback without asking.  The risk is much lower for the top, but it's just not smart when one has multiple unknown partners.

The only thing you can trust for sure is a dated test and if it's anonymous you have to trust it really belongs to the other party.

The problem for most TS's, especially street girls is it's a huge hassle to get tested in most places unless you pay a bundle, so they don't.

Free rapid hiv tests should be readily available for free or at low cost.  Everyone could test prior to sex and we could virtually eliminate sexually transmitted hiv overnight.

Have fun, play safe.

Hugs,
TS Jamie  :-)

Jamie, why would swallowing me more likely to lead to infection than CIM?  Wouldn't stomach acids be destructive of HIV?

thanks everyone, i have already called the hiv hotline, cdc and read so many articles on the web. i think i'm going to get the pcr test in 2 weeks. all this stress, i think i'm going to call it quits if the results are negative. thanks again.

p.s. - do you think i should call the provider and ask for proof?

Actually just having cum in your mouth is dangerous. If infected the virus can and has been absorbed by the mucous membranes that line your mouth and get into your system that way. This is according to the CDC.

Oh yeah like a provider is going to be honest with a customer. That always happens.

It's not a matter of calling it quits.

Are you going to be like the guy I went to high school with who's so afraid of hiv that he hasn't had sex (with anyone) since the 1980's.  And he drove himself crazy in the process...

Life's a risk honey.  You take the precautions you can when you can.  You don't hang out in gay bath houses or with iv drug users and you date high quality professional escorts, cross your fingers.

I think calling the Center for Disease Control is a little over kill honey.  Unless you are pretty sure she had hiv and even if she did the chances of oral transmission - while certainly possible are low.

So don't sweat it honey.  Get tested go on with your life and be reasonably careful in the future.

And Richie is right.  That's why I personally get my tests documented and can prove my history back several years.

Hugs,
TS Jamie

trust NO ONE...GG or TS provider, the girl next door type, and especially not the hobbyist(if he could be trusted he would be home with the wife and kids...LOL)...how many times have i heard from a hobbyist it was his first time and i top him with my 8 and it was like throwing a hotdog down a hallway...LOL or another provider brings up his name and she tells how she had a bad experience because HE was trying to bareback her or ask her to bareback HIM...so this is all about accepting responsibility for one's own safety...remember, TRUST is earned not given...an unwise decision can ruin so many lives, not just yours...DFK, Rachel
