Just an FYI -- based on recent pics, it appears she blew her boobs up to astronomical proportions.  Bailey Jay too, though not quite the size of Sarina's.

These pics are real. (Thats for those of you who don't know who she is)  She runs with a good crowd in LV too so her claims in the ad should be legitimate.  Wish I lived out there.  Wish I was out in LV right now.
