I have to commend your replying to this guys unfavorable review. This is proof to guys like myself that you really care about your clients. I think it was great how you were totally positive in your response and made your point. A client has to know what a provider's specialty and choose accordingly.

OK do your homework, do your homework.  Your website states that you are 12.5.  Do I fail the assignment if I see and every other review even your own ads says 8 to 9.5 or maybe get my money back for false advertising?  So the guy gave you a bad review,  so what, I saw you as well and had a similar experience though I could see that you were a nice person and did not feel it was necessary to write a bad review.  There are some reviews that accurately describe what I encountered and my god could some of them possibly be true and not every one  of them was mistaken?  I read your backpage ads I think you need to better clearly state what you offer because it does not say controlling top.  I am glad people enjoy your company and keep coming back but you ardently feel the need to defend yourself every time you get a bad review and play the blame game.  I would like to here a different tune.  Shit we all have bad days
