Actually that is a real girl...her name is Mimi Plastique and she works out of lakeview here in Chicago...really hot and hung...cool chick as well.  If you browse the chicago BP you'll find her ad and I believe shes advertising under the name Tink....however the ad you posted is definitely a fake.  Shes got a pile of vids on youtube also.
