When I first started hobbying, I had tried a pornstar (Sylvia Boots) and while it was fun, it was hard to get out to her place as often as I liked.  So I would just see local girls more often.

Over time, something changed and I started searching out for the porn stars.  I think it may have something to do with Tgirl porn starting to be done REALLY well by top studios.  

 
What do you usually prefer and why?

I don't see the allure of the whole "fame" thing. If a girl is hot and fun what else do you need? I also think it is fun to have a bit of surprise which is hard if you've seen the girl in hard action before the appointment. Would I see a porn star? Yes. Am I going out of my way to do it? No.

Usually much more $ ?

I'm a cheap cheapo and would rather pay for the amateur pros. If they like my sweaty bouquet of 5 20s then love could be in the air. I'm just there to make bathroom in here or on her.

I really have no preference. The only two things that matter are that the girl is hot (obviously) and that she provides the service that I'm looking for. While two of my best experiences were with porn stars, normally I don't go seeking them out. It just happen to work out that way.

Having said that, because of the cost and the possibility of reality not living up to the fantasy, I'm real hesitant about booking sessions with porn stars. I rather enjoy the girls' work and on screen persona, than risk meeting me when they're having a bad day.

Advantage: You know there are no fake pictures involved, you know what they actually look like, if she is your type or not...
Disadvantage: Higher cost, may reject you as a client if you do not fit whatever arbitrary criteria they may have, likewise negative attitudes toward you for desiring them and/or arrogance entitlement to where they will not perform at all and just have you sit there and worship them. Possible lackluster performance or possible too exaggerated a performance to where it is clearly an "act" designed to get you out the door ASAP.  
Also: Never assume what you see them do on screen they will do with you in an encounter. Talk and make it clear what is expected, this is an important point not to be overlooked in the porn star realm.
In summary: For some, meeting the dreamgirl can be a nightmare...
