I assume you’ve used the TER search features and found next to nothing available in LA that meets your requirements – my quick check produced only one provider but I won’t even bother to link you to her profile (yeah that interesting…).

Eros is a little more productive – you’ve got two choices in Los Angeles, both are tall but look very fit:

I haven’t looked for other references to these two – either for profiles on TER/SER or other mentions in the forums – you’ll have to do that.  Maybe someone reading this will have additional 411 for you on either of these two.
