good call. so a little about me then, i've been curious about getting with a ts for several years now, but never done it. the local ts where i live have a pretty horrible reputation. i've never taken the opportunity to see any that visit, usually there are here and gone fast and i don't really know what i've missed until it's too late.

i'm going to be in San Diego for a couple of days, and then up to L.A. for the rest of the week.

High percentage of HIV in TS ASP's? Where did you hear this, if you don't mind my asking? I have not heard that myself but that would be a cause for concern, if true. You should have no problem finding a feminine TS provider in LA. It is pretty damn amazing how great some of these ladies pull it off actually.

Not too sure how much luck you will have finding a TS to duo with a GG asp unless you find a pair that already know each other. This will limit your choices. If you are not ready, you are not ready, but when these girls say they are great with beginners, I think they mean it. You might want to see a versatile GFE TS lady for your first time, just in case you freak out during the date and have second thoughts about your desire to bottom, but still have a fun date

while it's no New York Times article, it mentions that a survey of transgender providers was done in Atlanta, GA. 68% were found to be HIV+ as opposed to 27% of non-transgender sex workers.

granted the study is a little old (i think it was from the early 90's--maybe the percentages have improved) and they specifically mention there isn't a proven scientific method for measuring things like that, it's still enough to make you go "hmmmm". or at least enough to make me go "hmmmm". again by being careful and using appropriate protection i doubt there is too much to worry about.

i would think that you would be better off one on one, with the right lady.  just do your homework and be upfront with your choice about your experience.  i think you will find that many luv initiating a newbie.  be well bathed and fresh and let it happen.  getting excited just thinking about my first experiences.  be safe and have fun.
