Why do you say it won't fly?

While I'd love it if you did, you'd have a host of issues to deal with.

A) Advertising - If you don't advertise, no one will know it's a TS MP. If you do advertise, you're yelling for attention.

B) Avoiding LE - Regular MPs walk a fine line between being brothels and being legitimate businesses. A cute young Asian girl "could" be a real masseuse, but you’d have a harder time arguing, right or wrong, that a TS was there for anything more than sex.

C) Piss-Off Factor – Unless you call your place Ladyboy Accupressure or something like that, you’re going to have a hard time making sure that you don’t have guys coming in that are expecting a traditional MP experience. Most of us here like TSs, but you don’t want to have to deal with some lug that gets violent when he discovers “she” has a dick.

So, good idea that’s before its time. Maybe it’d work in SF?

this is a very great idea. You should have it in West Hollywood where they might be a bit more open-minded about it. The fact that is would be located in west hollywood, should give most guys a warning about possible penis involvement.

I would go. The T escorts charge too much. I would put it in a gay part of town and have male gay masseuses too. That would cover legal and problems and unwiting really straight guys walking in by mistake. I wonder if any city has this? My .02 worth on the TSMP? I agree that if you did open such a MP, that I would make sure you have GG girls too. Otherwise you would never be able to survive. The problem still would be that, so many Homophobes would never visit the place just on the bases of there are "those kind" of girls. Further more you would need to worry about LE. They don't like to hassle TSs that much unless they can make a big arrest all at once (IE...SM Blvd. after 7969 closes).
Even though many think CA is a very liberal state, the truth is, it is not! I know I have to deal with the people here everyday of my life.
Is the TSMP a good idea? OH Hell yes! Would it work in SOCAL?? Probably not? SF would be a much more advantages place for such an endevor. Then again it's just my .02 worth.

Believe it or not here in Dallas about 5 years ago myself and a friend that runs a few bookstores were going to open a Massage Parlor with only TS's.  By Texas law if you do not have a state recognized massage licence you can ONLY massage people of your own gender.  The perfect set-up.  However I have been around the TS scene since the 60's and there was no way I would try to run a business and rely on the girls.  If you got 10 girls maybe 2 would be on time or have any concept of a work ethic.  That is the main problem.  Most TS's are not reliable.  I am sure y'all know that from there adds and date runarounds.  But if one was ever opened it would be a goldmine.
