I am not sure if this is valid but have heard it from more than one source. I was told the way Sunset and the streets in Hollywood that frequent street chicas were cleaned up by seizing cars from dudes who were busted in the act. I'd hate to test that and get my car taken, so read TER, go to the sites that advertise your favorites, and ask for feedback and you should be just fine.
