Beware these folks are a scam.  I have yet to see a positive review anywhere for them.  I personally was burned in New York on the classic bait and switch.

there is a thread or two on SER about how they swallowed a guy's $1000 deposit. That's all they swallow.
It's actually worse than that.
They are incorrigible and figure nobody will do anything
