simply put pre-op hasn't had surgery.  post op has had surgery and has no more penis.

as for gay, hetero... etc.  the debate can go on.  you can bring this up on some of the other ts boards too.  and probably get a heavy debate.  a lot of men consider themselves straight.  they are not attracted to men at all... and just 'cause this beautiful woman has a penis oh, well, i'll deal.  you will find many TS's that will only date striaght guys.  some people say if you have a penis and touch a penis your gay.  so it all comes down to your interpretation.

Curious.  What exactly constitutes a trans sexual?  Pre-op v. Post-op?  The Wiki definition is something like "a person who feels like the opposite of what he or she is biologically."  After which there is hormone therapy and possible surgery.  So, can you help with understanding this better?  Is it a gay experience, a hetero experience, or both somehow?  Thanks.
