I'll be in Houston next week around Wednesday. I've never been before and was looking for any recommendations or suggestions for any TS/gay clubs to check out when I'm there (if any).

Houston is very spread out and the main zone for your interests in known as the Montrose area...Montrose and Westheimer is the major cross st.  Tons of bars in that area, both straight and gay.  The Montrose area is knows for being Houston's gay area.  As for TS clubs, I can't remember the name but there was a ts bar a block or two from that intersection.  It was nothing like anything you may see in NY, LA, or San Fran. It was really a dive gay bar that had TS/TV stage show at 11pm or so a few nights a week. I went once and saw maybe one or two actual tgirls who had it going on.  I also googled for bars in Houston and this site came up.  Appears to be a pretty good site for your interest in Houston:

Alright I live in Houston and have been scouting for tgirl bars for a while. The one club you should go to is Crystal, it is on 59 and hillcroft a lot of hot tgirls there. Fridays and Saturday nights is the time to go. They have shows on Sundays too but it is a little dead. If you want to go to the Montrose area, they use to have a place called Cousins but they changed the name. Check out Tonys which is located downtown. If you want to know more or even go out together hit me up

Yep, that was the name, Cousins.  The other place on 59 is news to me but glad they have one in H town.  I travel there so may check it out.
