I've never had any legal trouble during my time in the hobby either with genetic woman or trans. I don't have much experience with women working the streets, mainly those who provide incall or specific night clubs that have dancers who also see clients one on one. I feel there's less risk legally with trans women, in my years non have mentioned run in with the law or circumstances like that. I think it's due to the nature of trans women still being a bit more "underground". That may change as dating trans women becomes more popular. In Europe the biggest changes to related laws have shifted the penalties or fines much more greatly to the clients and away from the providers.
Here's the Laws on Prostitution; https://prostitution.procon.org/us-federal-and-state-prostitution-laws-and-related-punishments/ It says the punishment for the Lady and the punishment for the customer. I've been around a lot and I usually find out where the T-ladies hang-out, whether a park, a street or else-where. I am curios if there's a place they enforce those Laws, or how they do enforce those Laws? I don't recall hearing of any T-Ladies, or their customers getting in trouble with the Law. Though most places I go to, I didn't know the Language.
I've never ran into any problem with those Laws. Have any of you, or know anyone who has and where? And any ideas on keeping the T-Ladies out of trouble? I've never been a Lawman. I got around by being a contractor. Feel free to ask me any questions on here about my travels.

Speaking for the So Cal area, it seems that problems arise when streetwalking becomes too visible and folks start getting arrested-trans or no trans. A few years back, there was a push to clean up some of the AMPs in the Valley, but the most they were able to do is write citations with court dates for offering massage without having proper licensing (yes, in LA County you need to be certified and licensed). Post Covid, enforcement seems to have eased up considerably at least in LA. The best and safest place to hook up was the TS Clubs, but they have all closed.
