If you are seeing a provider and wanting to give her a bbbj, all you have to say is "Honey, don't cum in my mouth, ok?" and everything will be ok :)

I really want to try to give one but am afraid... long time fantasy... any suggestions?

What are u afraid of ????  U think you may choke to death ??  U think you may like it ??   Oh no--U think you may become gay???    Just find a nice reviewed beautiful TS lady and do it. You just may find that it is not "disgusting" and that you really like it. Oh my--wouldn't that be terrible ???   Come on---get out there and try it--honest we won't tell !!!!!!!

Alas, Jerry, there is no way for 100% safe sex unless one abstains.  If it's the health concern aspect, you might first try covered BJ.  There are risks in every aspect of our lives, and there is no 100% guarantee.

We can't recommend driving the paranoia out of your mind and forgetting all caution.  That would be irresponsible.

Sexual contact is such a powerful desire in humans.  But, the health information we've received on risk-taking is also very powerful.  Ultimately, it's a matter of personal choice.

I would not recommend doing the BBBJ until you feel comfortable. :)

And don't floss or agressively brush your teeth before you head out. Maybe gargle with some mouthwash.

....and don't forget to close your eyes.....

I'v always used protection, but have a strong desire to BB.  Thanks for all your replies.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE MY EARLER POST ON THIS SUBJECT

that you sucked a tranny's dick 2 days ago? And did the Dr. subsequently run some tests based on that information and tell that's how you got the throat infection?

If not, you cannot definitively attribute your sore throat to giving a BBBJ, right? I mean, throat infections happen to people all the time in the normal course of everyday life. The fact that you sucked a dick two days earlier could very well be pure coincidence. I'm not saying it WASN'T the BBBJ, I'm just saying let's not rush to judgment.

In any case the main idea here is clear... always be cautious! If she has a sore or even a shaving cut on her tool, don't do it. If you bit your lip at dinner the night before or have a canker sore, don't do it. And by all means don't take cum in your mouth!

Using common sense is your best protection...
