I myself do it and also feel it has assisted in my overall analysis of providers ads and my ability to weed out the crap.

Do what?

When a new review comes in, click on the providers profile and click on their ad.  Do your best not to look at the score.

I look at the pictures, make my own judgment. If they have a video I look at that too.  I also read their ad. Is it professional and nice or is it really snippy?  Like No Text, No Cheap Dudes, No this, No that.....

After I do that, I decide if the review is going to be good or bad.  Nine times out of ten, I guess it correctly.

There is usually at least one element to their ad that causes me to think  the review is going to be good or bad.

As an example, TS Cupcakke  received a review today.  I did just what I described above and bingo, the reviewer had a horrible time.  Specifically for this one, I just did not get a good vibe when I watched her video.  She should be warm and inviting.  I didn't get that when I watched it.

I notice things in their ads also.  Pictures of money?  What message is that sending?  Smiling?  If they can't smile for a picture in an ad, how fun will they be?  When I call them I try to be engaging and joke around a little.  Most of the time they respond positively, sometimes it's all business.  Their picture has to attract me, their review has to interest me and their voice and conversation ability should close the deal.  If one of those is missing, I move on.
