For me, sometimes an enema throws off my system a bit, which is why I do it a couple of hours in advance and don't eat after. If you exercise and eat pretty clean, it is pretty painless process. Yeah, lose the saline. Just keep doing it until it runs clear... For an added thrill, fill it up two or three times before you let loose . Stay close to the toilet though. You'll know what I mean if you try it.

It's part of the whole experience IMO. You've cleaned out your fuck hole for someone else to enjoy it.
