I've done the searches but a lot of the girls that I find are no longer working. I assume that April is in that category as there have been no recent reviews, So can anyone suggest a caucasian provider in the U.S. that tops. I prefer no larger than 8 in, and between the ages of 19-29. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go view ads then work backwards to TER reviews, then to the board.  If you just search on TER, yes you will find that many reviews are not accurate, outdated, or they retired or changed their names.
