the schemers and scammers will only move their ads over to eros...if they aren't already there...since I have seen so many posts from, Dog, Cat and a few other savvy gents that seem to find the same girl with the same phone number, but many different photos and names...just make sure when you get there your running shoes are properly laced up...would hate for you trip as you're making your speedy exit(for those of you smart enough to do so)...haha...dfk, Rachel

A week or two ago, CNN ran a brief story (see link) in which the founder of Craig's List was confronted about crimes resulting from contacts made on his website.  He responded that he monitors ads suspected as promoting illegal activities, leaving himself wide open to the evidence of current ads, blatantly advertising sex and and perhaps child prostitution.  His silence toward the end of the interview was deafening and gave the appearance of defenselessness against the allegations.

Maybe this story was the catalyst in shutting down of the website.

Craigslist censorship was on tonights Los Angeles news.  They said its gone for good.  I remember CL catching heat about a year or two ago and they took down erotic services and put up adult.  It will all move to casual encounters now and other sites.

Agreed, Dog, here in Arkansas the few ads that do come our way are usually on Casual Encounters or BP.

Say, I saw an ad in BP for some place called "AdultSearch.com"
