I've tried Google, Tineye and here.  No info on her, but the pics look real to me:

I have located her original site: her name seems to be Natasha Rios, Brazilian.

But the site is dated 2010 so she might have moved to the US. Could find no info to say whether she has or not. The only alarm bell is the name change.

I'd stay out of Chelsea. Lousy area!

Today on Eros she is listed as post-op. Then when you open her page it says she hung.
