The largest, can't recall her name but was a black chick hanging out at the Yukon back in the day and she was in from NYC.  Her tool was the size of my arm.

Probably Lana Dallas.  She’s massive.  Lena is also huge but don’t think she beats Lana.   Lana is also only 5’3” so it’s even more impressive the python she has between her legs

It's gotta be Taylor from Rita/Taylor duo.

Lana is great, but most hung was Amari.

So far the biggest girls I've seen were in Europe, but were all from South America. The absolute biggest was Agata XXL, she's in the milf or Tilf age and category. She never got more than 90% hard but was still an actual 9 1/2" inches long and about 7" around, I bet she could get to 10 and possibly a bit thicker. She she was never fully hard it made the bottoming experience more enjoyable with her being so big. Other than that TS Sydney Long Dong Diva was the biggest I recall.
