Sorry I couldn't help you more with my initial post. Here's a more helpful post for you:
Do the minimal research that you can do BEFORE coming to the boards with requests about obvious fakes, or you will open yourself up to more sarcastic responses from members who get annoyed by requests from people who are either unwilling or incapable of helping themselves in any way. A simple reverse image search would have given you your answer. It is the easiest way to spot a fake. Amazingly, it's even easier than posting on the TER forums and the results are much more immediate! Had you done the 30 seconds of hard work it takes to do one, you'd have found out that the pictures in the ad are of a GG porn actress from Czech named Michaela Fitchnerova.

But, since you asked so nicely, I will review how to use the reverse image search function on Google:

1. Open Google in your browser and go to image search.
2. Look at the text bar, where you would normally type something. All the way to the right is a little icon of a camera.
3. Click the camera. This will allow you to upload an image or link an URL. I prefer to save images and upload them, but it makes no difference.
4. Once you've uploaded an image or linked an URL, Google will display all the other sites on the Web that have posted the same image.

It is a very simple procedure. You should always do this, google an ad's phone number, search reviews, and use common sense BEFORE posting on the boards.

Before I meet her I thought that she's not the on the pics but I took the plunge anyway cause she sounded so confident and so sweet on the phone and when I saw her I was impressed by her beauty, she looks exactly like the pics, it's unbelievable how 2 people can look so much a like, I just search Michaela Fitchnerova's pics and wow! they look like twins.

It is weird when two people look so similar that the photos they use are the same...! The girl in the backpage ad is not a ts, she is a GG. Perhaps the room was dark? Or you forgot your glasses? Hey timotl, I don't post reviews for a while but it will be good idea to post for her, I'm a morning hobbyist, her place is not dark at all, I'm not defending her, I just defending my opinion, I"m 32 years old and I don't wear glasses, I drive very well without it, this girl looks amazing and maybe better then the photos. I'm just agree w/you that there are many other girls who are using fake pics and they don't look like that at all but there are other girls who look so stunning and they're using fake pics, and that girl is one of them, I saw her several times and I will still seeing her cause she's awesome. She's a transsexual but looks like GG, I'm not kidding, you can trust me or not, it's you choice.

And in it mention that the pictures are not real, but she looks great.  That information would be valuable to everyone. And don't forget, the actual (GG) owner of the pictures is still being ripped off here.

I think it's a shame that you've seen this girl and she's that great and haven't reviewed her. You have 26 reviews, go for 27. If you like her, realize she is losing a lot of business from guys like the OP who, like everyone on here, think she is bullshit.

I really don't understand why a girl who is that hot would use fake pics either. It seems a little strange, doesn't it? I think that's why I, and others on here, have a hard time believing this girl is legit. The deception of using photos that are not of the provider is probably every hobbyists biggest complaint with this hobby, so why would someone who allegedly doesn't need to use a deceptive ad? As her regular, you should talk to her about it. Tell her what a terrible practice it is, how much business she's losing, and how much ill will towards her it generates. You have to admit that it's really weird...

I've had one experience where a girl was using fake pics but was really hot so I know it is possible. I suggest you do as Miss Marple suggests and write a review stating her pics are fake but she's good looking....

She came to my hotel room like 2 months ago & I had all the lights on, she's stunning & had the pleasure to have dinner with her.
