you can stay right down town at the Marriott court yard - the radisson - the hyatt - basically anything downtown is good but if you are looking to host you should consider these three

The John Handcock Hotel in Copley and the Holiday Inn by MGH aren't bad choices either.
Also, unless you plan on fetching your guests from the lobby, don't stay at Club Quarters; The elevators require key cards.

The Hilton in the Financial Dist. also requires room keys to get to guest floors, FYI. Good luck.
