The links is now directed to a server at juxtv.com but can't load the page. This tineye hit is off the 1st photo and thumbnail.

I doubt that she's for real given some dude is blabbing about how hot she is on his blog

or at least to work in conjunction with Tineye is "Search by Image (by Google)."  Many times when Tineye draws blanks, Search by Image comes through.

In this particular case, Search by Image tells us that this TS Scarlette Cox in NY is a scam.  She's really a model named Janice Jannay:
